The Wei


Alessandra De Sousa Lariu is a friend and co-founder of SheSays and The WEI. SheSays is a global community for women and NB people in the Creative Industries. The WEI is a career progression platform delivering a 3-way personalized experience that includes: a bespoke learning plan, peer connections, and Creative advocacy. After experiencing the WEI platform and Ale’s wonderful coaching, I wanted to help her create a campaign for The WEI’s first birthday. These elements were used on LinkedIn and on social to help promote one one-on-one career coaching for job interviews. The concept being, what is in your interview “bag of tricks”.
